  1. If you want to save some money when you go to Orlando try to book hotels a little outside the city. There are a lot of nice hotels in Orlando that are luxury and not so expensive there. I was last year in Omni Hotel Resort and it was around $90 for a 5 star hotel. It was amazing for that price. I recommend it strongly.

  2. I am very unhappy with the service provided for various reasons. First, the shuttle that was supposed to pick me up at 12:30 was half an hour late. The driver did not have me on his list and did not explain why, nor how he was going to get me to Sarasota. Second, I was going to Sarasota and instead of taking me there, the driver first took me to Vero Beach, which is further North than Sarasota and on the other coast of Florida. This meant that I arrived at my destination almost four hours later than scheduled. The person who was supposed to pick me up in Sarasota had taken half a day off from work in order to arrive at the scheduled time, but since I arrived so much later that I was supposed to, she not only had to miss work, but also was unable to wait for me at the shuttle stop. To make matters worse, I suffer from car sickness and I had to spend almost eight hours in two broken down vans.
It is unacceptable for a transportation service to be so inefficient and disrespectful of its passengers and the terms agreed upon with them. I have expressed my concerns through various means (phone line, chat support with Sarah Grainer -I have a transcript) and the agents I have talked to have been rude and unhelpful.
