the shuttle took me to the wrong side of the State and did not provide any information about the change in route. The problem was not that it was a shared transportation service, it was that they took me to the wrong coast and there is a big difference between on the dot and A FOUR HOUR DELAY. They provided an incorrect service and did not have me registered, which is unacceptable.
